How do I place an order?

To place an order, select your desired product and click "ADD TO CART." You can continue shopping, add additional products and review your cart before proceeding to checkout.

What's the processing time for orders?

Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 2-3 business days. After which we proceed with packing, labelling and shipping.

Please note that we don't process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays.

What should I do if my order takes longer to arrive?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@elewhitewear.com or through our ''Contact Us'' page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

While we process orders quickly, we'll do our best to accommodate any modifications or cancellations. Please note that should you contact us later than 24 hours after ordering, we can not offer any guarantees as the delivery process may have already started.

What if a product is sold out?

For sold-out items, subscribe to our marketing emails, which send you offers, updates and information about new drops and restocks.

We'll notify you via email once it's back in stock.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If your received item is damaged, please email photos and a brief description to support@elewhitewear.com.

We'll guide you through the next steps.

The items from my package are missing. What should I do?

First, thoroughly check the packaging materials. If items are missing, contact us with photos of the shipping label, box, and a description of the situation. Email us at support@elewhitewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

How is my credit card information stored?

We don't store credit card information on our website after you complete your purchase. We use Stripe Payments and Paypal, both are secure payment processors, for all online transactions.

What shipping options are available?

Orders are processed within 72 hours during business days. After shipping, delivery takes 8-15 business days. We use top carriers like DHL Express and FedEx for reliable shipping.

What countries do you deliver to?

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return your order. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with the attached tag. Some items, like perishable goods and personal care items, cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

Contact our support at support@elewhitewear.com to initiate a return. Include the reason for your return and your order number.

How do I make an exchange?

For exchanges, such as issues with sizing or an exchange to a different product, email us at support@elewhitewear.com with your inquiry.

How do I get a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, you'll be notified via email. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe, usually 7-14 business days.
